Tim – CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Brad – CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

With a big heart and no ego, Brad is the coach you never knew you needed. He'll push you to your limits, even when you protest. Deep down, you know he's right, and begrudgingly, you push harder.

Despite his aversion to running and burpees, Brad fell in love with CrossFit and aims to make you feel the same. Be ready for tough love

If you're seeking someone secretly plotting the downfall of burpees and running, Taylor-Quin is your girl. She'll guide you through dreadful cardio-intensive WODs while mentally counting down the seconds until she can indulge in her true love: Olympic lifting.

With Olympic lifting, her true passion shines. Her eyes light up, and you'd think she's found her one true calling. However, this love doesn't erase her disdain for anything that raises her heart rate.
